ORDERING
When you place your order, please use the full description, product catalog number, unit size, quantity required and include any special instructions and kindly send a copy of your purchase order complete with the correct Billing and Shipping address by FAX or E-MAIL.

PRICING
Prices will be quoted on request and are in US Dollars. Prices depend on the quantities purchased.

PAYMENT TERMS
For small orders we prefer that the payment be made by T/T. For big orders, T/T prepayment is still preferred, but a L/C is acceptable as well. However, we request down money by T/T for a certain percentage. For TT we will instruct which account to be transferred to. For L/C, please establish to the following account:


DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Shipment must be inspected immediately upon receipt and discrepancies reported in writing within 7 working days. The carrier is responsible for any damage or storage. These must be reported immediately for an inspection by the carrier before a claim can be issued. Failure to follow this procedure may invalidate your claim

LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING
For small orders we ship three days on receiving of payment in advance. For larger orders, the lead time depends on quantity or to a previously contracted time. Shipments are made F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise specified. All prices quoted are FOB basis as shipping costs are not stable. Small orders sometimes shipped via courier, so if you want shipping charges prepaid, please transfer with the payment, or if you want it collect, please provide your courier account.

BULK ORDERS
We are able to offer bulk quantities at competitive prices because we have large scale production capabilities.
